Terms
Swedish is the binding language. The full legal package, including appendices, is accepted when a workspace is created. This page is the main agreement in short form.
Introduction
This agreement covers use of StyrHub, a cloud service for housing associations and their boards. It should be read with the appendices, especially the data processing agreement.
Parties
Supplier: StyrHub, a sole proprietorship owned by Thomas Willem Haitsma. Organisation number: 940711-7572. VAT registration number: SE940711757201. Postal address: Kyndelgränd 55, 135 36 Tyresö, Sweden. Email: support@styrhub.se. Customer: the housing association or organisation that registers a workspace and uses the service.
The service
StyrHub provides tools for board work, for example members, apartments, projects, documents, meetings, keys, rentals and email. AI features are not part of the core service.
Subscription and trial
The customer can get a free trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription or a specific waiver. Prices are stated separately.
AI add-on
AI features are a separate paid add-on. They are off by default and are not included in the core subscription or trial. They are turned on only when the customer actively enables them, for an extra fee. Additional terms may be shown in the product at that point. When AI analysis runs, StyrHub makes a best-effort attempt to mask identifiable personal data in text sent to AI providers.
Customer data
Customer data always belongs to the customer. StyrHub does not sell customer data and does not use it for advertising.
Cancellation
The customer can cancel the subscription before the next billing period. After cancellation the customer should be given a reasonable chance to export customer data.
Law and contact
The agreement is interpreted under Swedish law. Disputes are heard by a Swedish court. Contact: support@styrhub.se.
